Parties and Private Events
We specialize in small dinners up to 75 people. We can design a seasonal menu for you, plated, buffet or family style depending on your party and location needs. Rehearsal dinners, wine tasting and food pairings, birthdays, special occasions and events.
Chef Demonstrations and Cooking Classes
We are available for corporate and team-building events, in-home cooking classes, both hands-on and demonstration style. Classes can be technique-based (stocks, soups, sauces, etc.), health-based (food allergy, vegan, keto, lo-salt) or dish-based (lasagna bolognese, braised lamb shank with saffron risotto, etc.)
Culinary Services
Available for professional and private culinary services including private chef and in-home meal preparation for dinners and events. Menu planning services, recipe testing, menu costing, and culinary instruction of all types including pasta, charcuterie, salumi, meat and fish fabrication, baking, desserts, sauce making, etc.
